We apply the glaze on Bisc with italian technology and import the high quality luster and glaze feet for everlasting shine.

Automatic Loading Machine

Spray Drier

The slurry is spray dried to a powder form in the Spray Drier which is heated upto 550 to 600 degree centigred. The powder is then stoner in silos.

Hydraulic Press

The stored powder is pressed in the High pressure Hydraulic Press. The capacity of Hydraulic Press is 1200 matric ton. This is the first time in India in Wall Luster Tiles This is where the Biscuits are shaped as per the dies fitted onto the press.

Laboratory

The glazed and printed tile are then tested in laboratory, here material and ready tiles are tested in laboratory by various quality standards.
